As an Asset Manager and Real Estate Expansion Manager, my professional commitment goes far beyond property management and retail development. I actively contribute to the wider economic, social and environmental growth of the communities where I live and work. I believe that the true value of a place is measured not only in its financial returns but also in the positive impact generated by the projects and initiatives it nurtures. This belief shapes my involvement in a range of cultural, economic and environmental initiatives, where I apply my real estate expertise to promote development, support local progress and foster inclusive growth.

Outside of my professional activities, I am passionate about sustainability and the green economy. I engage in raising awareness around environmental challenges and advocate for actionable strategies that accelerate the ecological transition. I see the integration of sustainability into real estate development and decision-making processes as essential to building a more responsible, resilient and forward-looking built environment.

Social Involvement

I firmly believe that the sustainable growth of a territory must be grounded in principles of solidarity and inclusion. Alongside my professional responsibilities as a Real Estate Asset and  Expansion Manager, I devote myself with passion to social and cultural projects that aim to create a lasting, positive impact on the local community.

Through my active involvement in associations and civic organisations, I have had the opportunity to promote and participate in a number of meaningful initiatives, including:

• Food drives and free medical check-ups for people in need, organised by the association Giovani al Centro, where I served as President. These actions were aimed at providing concrete support to the most vulnerable segments of the population.

• Social and cultural initiatives through La Fenice APS, a not-for-profit organisation I currently chair. Within this role, I organise events that promote cultural engagement, environmental sustainability awareness and social inclusion through educational and recreational activities.

• Charity events and support initiatives for marginalised groups, carried out with Lions Club International of which I have been a proud member since 2021. These activities are designed to strengthen the social fabric and encourage active civic participation and volunteering.

I am convinced that true professional success must be accompanied by a strong sense of civic responsibility. For this reason, I continue to dedicate part of my time and energy to initiatives that foster inclusive development and contribute to the well-being of the territory in which I operate.

Hobby

Beyond my professional life as an Asset Manager and Real Estate Expansion Manager, I dedicate my free time to a variety of passions that contribute meaningfully to both my personal growth and professional perspective.

I have a strong passion for sport, especially football and tennis, which I practise regularly. I also enjoy outdoor activities that allow me to stay active and connected to nature. Travelling is another important part of my life, particularly when it involves discovering new places through hiking and trekking. Exploring different regions—both within Italy and abroad—broadens my worldview and provides fresh insights that often inspire my professional outlook in real estate and investment.

Driven by curiosity and a continuous desire to learn, I frequently read non-fiction, with a special interest in autobiographical works. Among the most recent titles I’ve read are La Traiettoria by Alessandro Benetton and Le ossa dei Caprotti: Una storia italiana. I am also passionate about culture and history, and I enjoy visiting museums, art galleries and historical sites, especially across Italy—a country whose extraordinary cultural heritage I believe should be both protected and promoted.

In addition to my commitment to the property sector, I have a deep and ongoing interest in finance and investments, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital. I closely follow market trends and economic developments, always seeking to expand my expertise and remain informed about emerging investment opportunities.
