Professional Experience
My career in the real estate sector began in 2004 when, at just 20 years old, I started working as a real estate consultant. Over the years, I have built extensive experience in the industry, holding managerial roles for nearly a decade—first as a real estate manager and later as a real estate specialist.
In 2019, I expanded my expertise by entering the real estate development sector for a major discount grocery chain, identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities.
In 2021, I was appointed Real Estate Expansion Manager for Central and Southern Italy at a leading multinational company in the furniture and home decor retail sector. This experience allowed me to operate in an international environment, collaborating with teams across various European countries and refining my expertise in retail expansion projects.
Since 2023, I have been serving as Real Estate Expansion and Asset Manager for a leading supermarket group in Central and Southern Italy. My responsibilities include the strategic management of the real estate portfolio and the development of new commercial locations.
Regarding professional qualifications, in 2022, I became an Associate Member of RICS, a prestigious international certification that guarantees high standards of competence, transparency, and ethics in the real estate sector. Additionally, in November 2023, I earned the ISIPM Base certification in Project Management, reinforcing my commitment to structured and efficient real estate process management.
